Rippon stairs are back open

=20

=20

We apologize for the issue this morning regarding the stairway at Ri=
ppon being roped off. Work was performed on the treading of the stairs ov=
er the weekend and the caution tape was never taken down. We were informe=
d of the incident from passengers trying to catch our first morning train=
. We contacted facilities staff to verify that it a safe to remove the ca=
ution tape and had train crews do so as soon as we received that verifica=
tion. The stairway is now open and accessible. Again, we regret any incon=
veniences caused by this issue.
