UPDATE 2 – Norfolk Southern stated they are not going to extend the flash flood restrictions past 4:15p. Therefore we do not anticipate any further delays to the rest of afternoon service. However, we had to move some equipment around because of the initial delays. Train #331 (Departs Union Station at 5:05p) will operate two less care this evenings.

**************

UPDATE 1 -

NOAA/National Weather Service has cancelled flash flood watches/warnings for our area. Therefore, we do not anticipate Norfolk Southern extending their speed restrictions beyond 415p and hopefully minimizing any impact to Manassas Line travel.
